A Smart Starter install is often just a few hours. A Smart Room typically takes a full day. A whole-home build varies by scope, but we'll give you a clear timeline in your quote and we'll always stick to it.

Yes. Because our smart home platform runs locally on hardware inside your home, your data stays with you. We don't have access to your automations, cameras, or routines — and neither does any third-party cloud service, unless you choose to enable it.

Yes. We run everything on our own private smart home platform, installed locally on dedicated hardware in your home. That means your lights, heating, and automations keep working even without an internet connection. Your home doesn't depend on the outside world.

Absolutely — and we'd encourage it. Many of our whole-home customers started with a single room or one device. We design every install with future expansion in mind, so adding more later is always straightforward and cost-effective.

We're here. All Care Plan customers get remote support as standard. Even without a care plan, we include a 30-day post-install support window at no extra charge. We want your home to keep working — that's in everyone's interest.
